About Angela Hewitt
An unforgettable evening with one of the most mesmerising musicians of our time. Angela Hewitt brings her signature freshness and technical finesse to a programme that blends playfulness with emotional depth. Widely regarded as one of the greatest interpreters of Bach’s music, she presents a sublime programme ranging from Bach and Couperin, through the romantic virtuosity and rich variety of Schumann, to Ravel’s light-hearted and reflective masterpiece.
“I know of no musician whose Bach playing on any instrument is of greater subtlety, beauty of tone, persuasiveness of judgement or instrumental command than Hewitt’s…” — BBC Music Magazine
