About Overwhelmed: Taking the Pressure Off
Do you often feel there is too much to do and too little time to do it? Most of us are familiar with the sensation of being overwhelmed. Understand how to take the pressure off with broadcaster and psychologist Claudia Hammond.
Addressing stress, procrastination, perfectionism, imposter syndrome and more, Claudia explores how rest, self-compassion and small mindset shifts can help us navigate modern life without burning out.
In conversation with Adam Rutherford, Claudia shares an evidence-based, practical tool kit for regaining focus, balance and joy.
There will be a book signing after this event.
